Dr. Alan Kerstein
Sandia National Laboratories

Member of the Technical Staff, Sandia National Laboratories, Livermore, CA. In 1999, he formulated the principle of 1-dimensional turbulence models in fluid dynamics. He is the authors of numerous publications on this subject.
